The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides crucial support to the Talent Acquisition Director and team in various key areas. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to recruitment success and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment:
- Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Assistant include:
- Assisting in planning and organizing job fairs, coordinating team attendance, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintaining inventory and managing supply orders cost-effectively.
- Planning and executing recruitment events and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Supporting special projects such as process improvements and diversity initiatives.
- Providing assistance for large-scale projects like Intern Onboarding.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's degree and experience in HR administrative support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems and experience in Healthcare Human Resources.
Special Notes: Resume/CV required with the application. This position will be onsite at Stony Brook University Hospital for a minimum of 2 days a week.
