Job Description:
  • Provide support for 311 Cloud and on-prem infrastructures, ManageEngine BSP Engineering, Operations Entra ID Support, IAM Tier 2/3 Support, and offer 24/7 support to cover gaps and handle after-hours calls.
  • Engage in Active Directory and Entra AD Engineering and Administration, Manage MEBSE, and provide IAM T2 Technical Support.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions.
  • Proficiency with technologies like Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP, SAML, and OAUTH.
  • Track record of delivering projects with complex technical tasks, understanding RBAC methodologies, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in PowerShell scripting, Entra/Azure/Active Directory, and Browsers Control.
