The Perfect Candidate

Main Duties and Skills

  • Aid the Lead Cost Estimator in formulating cost estimates.
  • Conduct quantity takeoffs and market research.
  • Secure quotes from material suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Engage in risk mitigation discussions.
  • Contribute to innovation assessment and deployment.
  • Facilitate the development and enhancement of construction schedules alongside the Lead Cost Estimator.
  • Participate in cost negotiations and ensure alignment with the Contractor.
  • Attend cost reconciliation meetings and oversee estimate modifications.
  • Provide constructive reviews.
  • Implement and adhere to quality control plans.
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities.
