  • Title: Pharmacy Supervisor
  • Location: Elkton, MD
  • Hospital: 150-bed facility
  • Position Details:
    • Maryland Licensure: Current and in hand to submit
    • Travel Requirement: Able to travel within 1 hour of the hospital location or relocate for the contractual terms
    • Experience Required:
      • Minimum 3 years of Acute Care Hospital experience
      • Minimum 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience
    • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to cover day, evening, and midnight shifts as needed
    • System Knowledge:
      • Familiarity with systems such as Cerner, Pyxis, DoseEdge, Mckesson
      • Controlled substance ordering, receiving, and maintenance
      • Clear background check required
    • Conversion Opportunity: Candidate interested in transitioning from temp to permanent hire
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and recent references are essential
