**Job Description**

**Job Title****:** Customer Service Adviser

**Job Type:** Permanent

**Hours****:** 37.5 per week

**Job Location****:** Ivanhoe Parkway, Ashby-De-La-Zouch

**Salary:** As a Customer Service Adviser, youll receive a salary of 20,000, plus youll benefit from a **10**% performance bonus, a contributory pension scheme and life cover**.**

As a customer Service Adviser youll be responsible for being the Initial point of contact with the Client for all queries related to their service. You will be efficiently and effectively manage incoming calls & emails from clients and provide administration support to the Account Management and Technical Team in terms of report writing, building presentations, collation of data and responses for clients.

**Key Accountabilities;**

To liaise with Operations to ensure delivery of the client requests within the required deadline

To build and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships

Ensure that all client requests are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

To work as part of a team providing a high level of professional service to our clients.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, youll need (extensive and) recent experience

Good customer service understanding

Food business operational experience

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

A responsible attitude as well as understanding the importance of building strong relationships

Face to face and written client communications or customer service experience.

Experience of a laboratory environment.

**In addition to the above youll also need to demonstrate the following;**

A-Level or science Degree desirable.

Food business and/or laboratory operational experience
