We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support our overnight pizza plant operations in Salina, KS. If you consider yourself a strong leader, technically skilled, and disciplined then this position is perfect for you The ideal candidate will be both electrical and mechanically inclined. Our schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, typically from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. with some flexibility based on personal circumstances and plant need.

This role involves supervising maintenance responsibilities and the team, including predictive maintenance, equipment repair and rebuilds, electrical, refrigeration, grounds equipment, noise control and maintenance training programs.Oversee facility maintenance activities including predictive maintenance, floor maintenance, diagnosis and repair, and emergency maintenance. Plan routine maintenance, schedules, and address problems to come up with solutions.Ensure that maintenance is carried out to maximize available run time.Monitor breakdowns, identify needs, and allocate resources.Keep upper management informed of issues affecting department performance.Review equipment to verify proper installation of safety devices.Maintain approved levels of parts and equipment inventories.Supervise employees, focusing on skills development, safety, housekeeping, policy administration, discipline, employee relations, cost control, and issue resolution.Adjust daily work schedule as necessary to meet production requirements.Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal food safety requirements by maintenance employees.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years related experience in maintenance, including 2+ years leading teams.Proficiency in general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems, (e.g., production/process refrigeration boilers HVAC hydraulics and pneumatics) and computerized maintenance management systems.Demonstrated experience with maintenance scheduling and planning preferred. Familiarity with food plant production and processing equipment preferred.Awareness of occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA, and sanitation standards preferred.Prior supervisor experience required.Basic PC skills including proficiency with MS Office and Outlook. SAP experience beneficial.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills to generate and maintain departmental reports.May be required to be clean shaven if trained in the use of and required to use a respirator.Capable and willing to work any shift and be on 24-hour call for emergency situations as necessary.The drive to make a meaningful impact.
