Job Summary:


As a Sales Executive at Sudikshya, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote Sudikshya's offerings and acquire new customers, including primary schools, educational institutions, and parents.

You will utilize your sales skills, market knowledge, and customer relationship-building abilities to expand Sudikshya's customer base and contribute to the mission of improving primary education in Odisha.


Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and identify potential customers in the primary education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and parents.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sudikshya's value proposition and benefits to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, decision-makers, teachers, and parent associations.
Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage leads, and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.

Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position Sudikshya's offerings in the market.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of Sudikshya.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer information using CRM software.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
Strong understanding of the primary education landscape in Odisha, including familiarity with the Odisha Board curriculum and related policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proactive and target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Ability to effectively deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to a diverse audience.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and drive successful outcomes.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
Fluency in English and Odia. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
