seeking an experienced operational leader to join our Leadership Team as Vice President, Operations .
This position provides you with the opportunity to build and develop a region, roll-up your sleeves and help blaze the path, and provide leadership to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives.
You will partner with company leaders in the US and Canada as we continue to develop and execute on our growth strategy.
Initially, the Vice President, Operations will oversee an operational region consisting of the US Mid-West, Mid-South, and Northeast, playing a leading role in integrating two companies with Pinchin, and developing and leading the growth strategy for these initial acquisitions.
As the company evolves in the US, we expect defined regions to take shape and our Leadership Team to expand to support additional regions.

JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Operations (VP) participates in the execution of corporate strategy, and is responsible for the development of regional strategy, executive level business development, and team performance of their assigned geographical region.
Initially reporting to Pinchin's Chief Operating Officer, the primary responsibilities of the VP include the following:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve corporate objectives, expand market share, and enhance Pinchin's position as the partner of choice in the industry.
Provide leadership and direction on the operations team in the development of business plans and budgets that align with both the company's and the region's strategies.
Monitor KPIs to assess regional performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions in collaboration with reporting Directors / Operations Managers.
Provide mentorship and guidance to employees with a focus on professional growth and preparing successors for key roles.
Cultivate and maintain key client relationships, while collaborating with the Marketing and Business Development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities in the Region.
Lead by example and in accordance with Pinchin's Core Values and desired culture.
This position will require travel in the US and Canada (up to 50% travel)
