Focus:

  • Review customer specifications and contribute to hardware design using CAD software.

  • Test and ensure reliability and safety of automation programs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and process issues as required.
  • Enhance existing software and develop new application software.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to test and optimize various software programs.
  • Provide guidance and support during customer installations.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards across all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, controls engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capability to interpret and edit electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Adherence to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.
  • Familiarity with robotics, machining, assembly lines, and conveyors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Experience with CAD software; familiarity with additional tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
