FitLab Inc.is based in Newport Beach, CA, with offices in Portland, OR, San Clemente, CA, Carlsbad, CA, and Salt Lake City, UT.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the CMO, the FitLab Studio Marketing Director plays a critical role in shaping the direction and strategy of our studios' presence across all channels.
Racked, Nike Studios, Sanctuary Fitness, Yoga Vida and XPT Studio.
This role will create and oversee the marketing budget including but not limited to paid media, content generation, software, print and influencers.
The Studio Marketing Director will develop and implement marketing plans, including content creation, promotional calendars, new studio release plans and other marketing projects.
This role will work with channel owners to align on the strategies and content that is needed to achieve the growth targets that you've built with the GM of Studios.
Responsibilities:
Foster, support, and value diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplaceDirect the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of studio marketing staff and oversee their daily activitiesProvide mentorship, feedback, and support to help to the marketing staff grow and develop their skills as well as foster team building cultureOwn forecast and budgeting for each studio and drive major KPIs that align to key business metrics.
Create a reporting plan which should include weekly, monthly, and quarterly insightsTrack marketing results and effectiveness, and utilize commercial insights, customer activity, metrics and market research to develop ways to refine and improveWorking together with the CMO, Studio Marketing Manager and Brand team to execute against the growth, acquisition and retention goalsDevelop new and differentiated value propositions and campaigns to help drive revenue, membership sign-ups, and retention utilizing the company's innovative product portfolioDirect all elements of studio marketing programs including advertising, promotions, PR, events, sponsorships, member experience and community developmentManage the community marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, while developing the framework for managing customer expectations and feedback on Google, Instagram, Yelp, etc.
