Job Summary:


The Senior Marketing and Sales Analyst - B2C will drive analytics and insights to support our ambitious growth plan, focusing on optimizing sales and marketing funnels.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital and e-commerce analytics, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills. This strategic role will leverage data and technology across various platforms to generate insights and drive B2C sales growth.

Regular Duties Include:
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to generate actionable insights, supporting business strategies and decision-making processes. Continuously evaluate and address the analytical needs of the marketing and sales teams to drive growth and optimize performance.

Translate data into effective business intelligence reports and dashboards to measure the success of B2C campaigns, optimize key initiatives, and identify gaps in marketing and sales funnels.

Perform root cause analysis as identified through long-term KPI trends, utilizing SQL and BI tools.
Support A/B testing to derive conclusive results that drive strategic changes.
Mine and manage customer data to identify opportunities and drive B2C sales growth.
Leverage data to implement early anomaly detection in data patterns automatically.

Focus on optimizing the sales and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce leakage, ensuring efficient movement of leads through the funnel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical insights with overall business objectives and strategies.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, aiding in informed decision-making.
Stay current with industry best practices and suggest innovative solutions for intelligence gathering, processing, and presenting to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related discipline.
Self-starter with a strong background in data and analytics, experience in Healthcare or Online Education a big plus.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to address complex business questions.
Proficient in data visualization and storytelling in general, especially tools like MS Power BI.
Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs.
Superb problem-solving skills.

Work Experience Requirements:

7+ years' professional experience in quantitative analysis role.
5+ years' experience in dashboard development (preferably MS Power BI), as well as producing and actioning data-driven insights.
5+ years' of experience in digital/ecommerce analytics (B2C preferred).
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot.
