Representative, Casino Collections

Overview:
Summary Statement:
The Representative, Casino Collections is responsible for contacting casino guests to resolve billing issues while delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service with all transactions.
The ideal candidate creates a work environment that supports our core values, promotes integrity, teamwork, performance, recognition, and mutual respect.
All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures.

Includes but is not limited to:
Contact casino guests to resolve billing issues and collect.
Answer phone calls directed to the Casino Collections department, potentially multiple lines at once.
Assist Credit operations in the gathering of financial data and consumer reports to help minimize financial losses to the company.
Review collections of outstanding receivables and generate weekly reports.
Document all collection related communication to management.
Research, compile, maintain and manage data related to collection efforts.
Obtain and process banking information from various banking institutions.
Update monthly inactive reports.
Ensure compliance with Title 31 and AML/SARC compliance policies and procedures.
Assist Casino Marketing, Executives and other external requests as needed.
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Includes but is not limited to:
At least one year of previous customer service experience in a similar or related field.
At least six months of previous Casino Collections experience in a similar or related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (example Word, Excel).
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (example Word, Excel).
At least six months of previous Casino Collections experience in a similar or related field.
Working knowledge of gaming regulations.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of previous customer service experience in a similar or related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Ability to obtain the following:
Nevada Gaming Registration
