Payrate: 30.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

  • Professionally mask, prime, paint, and part mark pieces and assemblies to meet military specifications.
  • Expertly interpret blueprints for precise masking and painting.
  • Skillfully execute engraving, clear coating, and silk screening for aerospace components.
  • Support in procurement and management of painting supplies.
  • Ensure optimal performance by maintaining and cleaning all painting equipment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of painting experience, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in paint guns, respirators, paint mixers, and measuring tools such as paint thickness meters. Basic math skills are a must.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of aerospace and military standards and specifications is advantageous.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.
  • Other: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and basic computer skills are required. This is an ITAR facility.

Pay Details: 30.00 per hour
