Are you an experienced painter with a passion for precision and quality? We are looking for a talented Aerospace Painter to join our dynamic team in Garden City, NY. If you have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you

What You'll Do:

  • Masterfully mask, prime, paint, and part mark pieces and assemblies to meet military specifications.
  • Expertly read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate masking and painting.
  • Skillfully engrave, clear coat, and silk screen assemblies and sub-assemblies for the aerospace industry.
  • Assist with ordering and managing painting supplies.
  • Maintain and clean all painting equipment to ensure top performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of painting experience, ideally in the aerospace industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency with paint guns, respirators, paint mixers, and measuring tools such as paint thickness meters. Basic math skills are essential.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace and military standards and specifications is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Other: Must be computer literate and fluent in English, both reading and writing.
  • This is an ITAR facility
