What You Will Do

Own Clients Identity Integration Onboarding & Support process.
Ability to provide technical troubleshooting to support multiple identity integrators.

Experience using technical tools to monitor logs and examine web and app responses in efforts to resolve issues integrators may be experiencing.

Monitor Slack channels used to support integrator questions and bugs.
Construct Onboarding & Support documentation that will be distributed to integrators.
Oversee email distribution and delivery of key user profile changes (i.e. Account Deleted and Email Changed) out to integrators.

Build and manage relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including product owners, product marketing, content, operations, sponsorship sales, commerce, external vendors, and executives.

Working knowledge of developing QA test and troubleshooting plans and strategies for data/analytics.
Attention to detail paired with a passion for delivering the best integration experience possible.
Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:
3+ years in digital product development for core platform and internal tooling with a proven track record of successful launches
Ability to provide technical troubleshooting to support multiple identity integrators.
Experience with OAuth2.0/OIDC specs with some experience with authentication/authorization services.
Working knowledge of developing QA test and troubleshooting plans and strategies for data/analytics.
Technical troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with any IDaaS providers (i.e., Akamai Identity Cloud, Okta, Auth-0, Ping Identity)
Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or similar tool sets.
Knowledge and some working experience with Azure, AWS, and Google cloud products.
Relevant experience within the sports media/streaming media industry

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
