Responsibilities

Engage in customer-facing roles with a positive and courteous attitude.

Seek customer feedback and listen actively to address their needs.

Handle difficult or unhappy customers effectively.

Analyze and understand complex problems to identify their cause-effect structure.

Ensure accuracy and completeness in tasks, especially in written work.

Apply a hands-on approach to tasks, such as building computers or practical university projects.

Communicate clearly, particularly in writing, by understanding the reader's needs and anticipating necessary information.

Requirements

Significant experience in technical support within a high-tech environment

Experience of working in a similar position such as Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer.

US Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and System Engineering

Proficient in investigating and resolving complex technical customer issues promptly and appropriately.

Must have the right to work in the USA and a valid driving license.

Regional and international travel - up to 50% of the time

Willingness to commute to Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with potential for remote work 2-3 days a week.
