TxJet is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to complete their team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at TxJet is responsible for generating new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and various outreach activities.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and is expected to understand and promote TxJet's values of safety, reliability, and customer service excellence.


Some of the key result areas include:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Maintain and grow existing leads. Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. Promote the company excellently to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest the appropriate services.
Build long-term and trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Create opportunities to represent TxJet expertise, culture and values with external audiences.
Effectively transition outreach relationships to capabilities presentations and converted sales.
Report to COO or Director, Aviation on a weekly basis to discuss sales results.
Stay up to date with our company's products/services and pricing. Review current and upcoming flight schedules for opportunities to streamline and increase sales.

Review flight schedule for opportunities to fill in trips and search for clients or broker needs that can fill in the gaps found.

Review cost and revenue data to ensure that trips quoted and sold meet the fiscal guidelines set by the company.

Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to align sales materials with other company content and infrastructure articulating our value proposition to customer segments.

QualificationsBachelors degree preferred. Must have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Must be a tenacious self-starter with a proven ability to operate independently and achieve results; enthusiastic, committed and conscientious.
Great telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills are required. Must be effective at organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to maintain contact with all customers and prospects.
Experience with Salesforce CRM software is desired. Familiarity with MS Excel and the ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts is required. Must possess a great understanding of sales performance metrics.
The ability to suggest ideas and deliver engaging presentations is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
