Maintenance Worker

KVC Health Systems is seeking a skilled individual who takes pride in their work to join our team in Topeka, KS. This is not a housekeeping position, but maintenance of buildings and grounds. This position will be headquartered in Johnson County but will need to be able to travel throughout the State of Kansas to include but not limited to (Topeka, Olathe, Pittsburg, Hiawatha, Lawrence).
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Experience/Skills: Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Primary Responsibilities: Repair and replace plumbing (pipes, fixtures, etc) and minor electrical items; repair dressers, shelving, fence, windows and ceilings; paint interior walls and replace drywall; on call for emergency repairs; groundskeeping, including mowing, snow removal, grease trap and sewage pit; complete other duties as assigned.
