  • Experience working in a customer service setting handling a high volume of phone calls.
  • Proficient in managing stock inquiries, returns, pricing, invoices, and order deliveries.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office.
