Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director to lead and oversee our operations at SimpleHoldings. As the Managing Director, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to drive the achievement of business objectives, develop and implement strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. With your exceptional leadership skills and industry expertise, you will guide the organization through successful execution of business plans and expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the organization, setting and executing long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, making strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, ideally within the investment or financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational growth and profitability.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
