About the Role

Join the team at JPMS as a vital part in the position of Chargeback & EDI Specialist. Dive into the world of chargeback resolution and EDI transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the shipping and receiving department. This role requires expertise in chargeback processes, EDI standards, and proactive strategies to minimize discrepancies.

What You will Do:

  • Address and resolve chargeback claims from carriers and customers
  • Oversee EDI transactions for seamless data interchange
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance EDI processes
  • Implement strategies to reduce chargebacks and enhance EDI efficiency
  • Provide guidance and training on chargeback and EDI procedures
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulations
  • Analyze and report on chargeback trends and process improvements
  • Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

What You'll Need:

  • Proficiency in EDI software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in chargeback management and EDI operations
  • Knowledge of EDI Standards and Protocols
  • Experience in process improvement and documentation standards
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to have's:

  • Experience with D365

  • Expected hourly range: $24.04 - $31.25/hour
