Chief Photographer

CBS Austin/Telemundo Austin is looking for a dynamic Chief Photographer to lead our team of Photographers and Multimedia Journalists (MMJs). We need someone who can craft compelling stories through video and sound, while motivating our staff to strive for excellence.

  • Provide feedback on shooting and editing
  • Train staff on Satellite & Ka Truck and Live U operation
  • Assist with hiring and scheduling
  • Maintain Avid system

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years of TV news photography experience
  • Professional, organized, and highly motivated
  • Technical knowledge of SAT vehicles, LIVE U, and AVID editing
  • Ability to meet news deadlines independently
  • Clean driving record
