The Food Prep is responsible for:

The timely preparation and exhibition assembly of fresh quality hot and cold product

Assists in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees

Must have the ability to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen

Assisting chefs and following detailed recipe specifications while adhering to NYC Department of Health guidelines

Ensures that food is stored properly

1-2 years prior experience preferred
