We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in the Hart, MI area. If you have experience in providing quality care to individuals in need of assistance, we welcome you to be part of our dedicated team.
At Dedicated Nursing Associates, you have the flexibility to choose where, when, and how often you work.
Position Overview:
- Responsible for delivering direct patient care following established plans.
Reporting Structure:
- Directly reports to the Nursing Supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of an approved course in practical or vocational nursing.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' medical status.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans under RN supervision.
- Provide routine nursing services as required.
- Ensure compliance with facility guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
