Position Summary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment at the casino for customers and employees
- Keep casino, Convention Center, and surrounding grounds clean and tidy
- Provide restroom maintenance and cleaning services
- Empty trash and ashtrays
- Clean floors using appropriate methods and equipment
- Prepare cleaning solutions as needed
- Perform floor maintenance tasks such as stripping and polishing
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to management
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Assist with carpet cleaning and furniture dusting
- Support other staff members as required
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing guests with information about events and services
- Offer suggestions for process improvements
- Complete all tasks in line with company standards
Position Qualifications
- Workers must be at least 21 years old
