Job Mission
As a New Home Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in steering Garrette Custom Home's sales objectives. By delivering exceptional customer experiences and effectively promoting our stunning new home communities in the greater Puget Sound area, you contribute significantly to our success. We are searching for an individual with robust communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, coupled with a friendly demeanor to engage with our customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Sales Goals:
Meet monthly Sales and Appointment goals as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Follow-Up:
Liaise with prospects, leads, and customers to ensure satisfaction and address queries. Maintain 100% follow-up with all leads and ensure accurate entry into Salesforce.
- Customer Interaction:
Interact with potential homebuyers, provide home information, address inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process. Strive for 90%+ satisfaction in surveys.
- Market Knowledge:
Stay abreast of market trends, competitors' offerings, and industry advancements to effectively position and sell homes.
- Professional Development:
Continuously explore avenues for professional growth and development, such as attending training sessions, workshops, and industry events, to enhance sales skills and expertise.
- Administrative Tasks:
Execute various administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as managing customer records, updating databases, and preparing reports.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- 1-3 years of delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving approach with empathy and confidence, placing the company's interests as a priority.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Travel Requirements:
Regular travel within the Puget Sound Area is mandatory.
