Purpose & Scope:
- Executes radiographic procedures independently with creativity and resourcefulness for accurate diagnostic results.
- Takes charge of specified areas and procedures as necessary.
Education:
Completion of a radiologic technology program from an accredited institution is mandatory.
Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare/medical - radiology field is advantageous.
Certification/Licensure:
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- BLS certification is a must.
