Qualifications:
- Active RN Licensure with Reciprocity in Virginia
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the specific unit
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in initiatives that align with organizational and departmental objectives to enhance patient experiences.
- Work collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Ensure high-quality care by adhering to established standards and evaluating health outcomes against set benchmarks.
- Identify and address educational needs and barriers to learning for patients.
- Maintain a safe working environment and uphold patient safety by following hospital policies and regulations.
- Exhibit the necessary knowledge and technical skills to perform all required patient care duties.
