ENVISION YOURSELF AS A UNION TAVERN BARTENDER

You are a vibrant, friendly, and welcoming individual who enjoys high levels of interaction with others, while maintaining a speedy and efficient work environment. You are able to read and anticipate people's needs, and are excited to use your knowledge of your craft to give a personalized experience to guests. You take pride not only in your own well-crafted abilities, but the success and skills of your team as well.

In this role you will be in the heart of our hotel, Union Tavern, working with a dynamic team to give the best service to our guests. You will be able to maintain a calm and collected presence, while meeting the needs of multiple guests. You will spiritedly engage with others while keeping a professional demeanor.

With a rich background in service, you will need a strong understanding of mixology and traditional bartending to thrive in this role. This position requires someone who has the versatility to make recommendations and personalizations based on guests needs, as well as being able to recall food preparation details and wine and course pairings. An up-to-date Tennessee Alcohol Serving Permit is required for this role.
