Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:

  • Design:
    Proficiency in commercial power and low voltage systems design.
    Experience in industrial project design is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Registration:
    Professional Engineering Registration required.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years in relevant electrical design within the AEC industry.
    Prior experience with a multi-discipline engineering/consulting firm.
  • Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and mentor others.
    Mechanical & electrical aptitude.
    Experience in collaborative team environments utilizing project management skills.
  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and sound understanding of electrical engineering and construction practices.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Flourishing in a collaborative engineering setting.
    Desire and drive to learn the latest technologies and practices for advancing professional growth.
    Attentiveness to detail, integrity, and personal pride in delivering excellence.
  • Software:
    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Business Development:
    Preference for business development experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Expected Base Salary:
    $75k - $125k based on experience.
    Potential Signing Bonus based on experience.
    Possible paid overtime.
