Insight Global is looking for a Product Specialist that will setup new clients with our clients online permit tracking SaaS product, working closely with their clients contacts to ensure a smooth implementation.
Setup activities are followed by client training, workflow documentation, and software configuration to ensure the system will successfully meet or exceed the client's needs.
Following implementation, the Product Specialist provides excellent remote customer service for clients to ensure success with their products.An ideal candidate will use problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide user guidance related to our software products and related technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
o Experience configuring and deploying SaaS product updates for existing and new clients.
o Excellent communication, enunciation and grammar skills.
o Sits in the greater New England area.
o Reliable transportation to get to customer.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o One or more years of Permit Software Management Administration.
o Experience with local government operations in permitting and licensing.
o Experience utilizing Schneider Geospatial's SimpliCITY software products.
o Experience working with SQL and Relational Database Management systems.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
