**Filler Operator

Manna Beverages and Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Filler Operator - Production Specialist to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our filling equipment, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

• Operate and Maintain Filling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate filling equipment, including fillers, cappers, and rinsers, to ensure high-quality products and meet production targets.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Ability to troubleshoot problems, work independently, and as part of a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

The Filler Operator - Production Specialist will work in a fast-paced production environment with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to high places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
