About the Position:

Join Wells Fargo as a Branch Operations Associate Manager (LO) within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division of our National Branch Network. Learn more about the career pathways and business sectors at Wells Fargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee risk and teller operations to ensure exceptional customer service and colleague experience, emphasizing quality, compliance, and timeliness
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service, colleague experience, and performance management processes
  • Perform operational and customer support duties
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations, build relationships, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Effectively manage teller line schedules and daily operations
  • Resolve operational issues and make decisions under regional banking management guidance
  • Utilize knowledge of regulations, policies, procedures, audit, and escalation protocols
  • Assist customers and employees in addressing concerns or complaints
  • Collaborate with branch staff, colleagues, and mid-level managers
  • Directly interact with customers
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve business objectives
  • Allocate resources efficiently for branch operations
  • Mentor and support talent development and recruitment
  • Handle customer interactions within regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in team building and motivation
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Background in customer service, operations, or financial management
  • Familiarity with banking industry regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Expectations for the Role:

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Compliance with Wells Fargo's LO qualification requirements and related policies
  • Position ineligible for Visa sponsorship
