About the Position:
Leidos is looking for a skilled Collection Manager to join the National Security Sector team in Charlottesville, VA. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in intelligence analysis and collection management, along with a background in utilizing unique collection assets and capabilities.

This role is dependent on contract approval.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use intelligence collection systems to keep stakeholders informed about collection progress and relevance.
- Collaborate with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) partners to identify intelligence requirements and enhance collection strategies.
- Evaluate the efficiency of multi-INT collection efforts and ensure the delivery of accurate intelligence to end-users.
- Determine the significance of gathered intelligence based on client needs.
- Manage extensive data sets, maintain data integrity, create visual representations, and develop models to present findings.
- Identify collection deficiencies, analyze trends, explore collection alternatives, validate assumptions, and provide recommendations to enhance collection processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 12 years of experience in intelligence analysis and collection management, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of DoD collection management procedures, practices, standards, and analytic tools.
- Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP-F)
- Certified GEOINT Collection Manager (GCRM)
- Proficiency in developing collection strategies to support targeting objectives.
- Proven track record of working with distinctive collection resources and capabilities.
- Familiarity with intelligence governance and security protocols.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Expertise in intelligence production related to facilities and infrastructure, as well as facility-centric targeting approaches.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Background supporting Special Operations.
Although subject to adjustments based on operational needs, Leidos anticipates that this job posting will be available for approximately 3 days, with a tentative closure date no earlier than 3 days from the initial post date indicated.
Salary Range: Salary Range: $87,000 to $157,450.00This pay range serves as a general reference for this position and does not represent a guaranteed salary. Various elements such as job responsibilities, qualifications, education, experience, skills, as well as internal and market considerations, will influence the final salary offer.
