As a vital part of Haskell's diverse delivery groups nationwide, the Construction & Manufacturing Team plays a crucial role in providing field management personnel, ranging from craft workers to Project Superintendents.

We go the extra mile by offering logistical support to team members, including setting per diem rates, providing company vehicles for superintendents, and ensuring timely arrival of personnel at project sites.

Continuous training is a cornerstone of our team's development, whether it's enhancing the skills of entry-level craft workers through in-house/online courses or participating in local apprenticeship programs.

In this position, you will operate various types of power construction equipment, such as backhoes, forklifts, bulldozers, cranes, and more, to handle tasks like excavation, material movement, and concrete pouring.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Adjust hand wheels and levers to operate machines and control attachments
  • Utilize levers and pedals to maneuver equipment and manage materials
  • Position crane boom and use levers to oversee equipment functions
  • Perform maintenance tasks like cleaning and lubricating machinery

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of construction equipment operation experience

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
  • Interpret engineering drawings
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Work effectively in varying environmental conditions
  • Follow directions accurately and maintain quality standards
  • Estimate distances and angles precisely
  • Make informed decisions based on defined criteria

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the job duties, this role involves walking, standing, stooping, lifting weights, and demonstrating hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
