As a Manager, you'll be in charge of overseeing the team's performance, finances, safety, and day-to-day operations. Your role involves ensuring top-notch service and product quality. Reporting to the AGM and GM, you must be ready to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Legally eligible to work in the USA
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Desirable: Previous management experience in QSR or Hospitality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee training programs and assess their effectiveness
  • Monitor and report daily and weekly performance
  • Ensure efficient employee scheduling
  • Manage budgets and control expenses
  • Promote a productive and safe work environment
  • Handle recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines
  • Prepare reports for senior management
  • Provide coaching and training, tracking individual progress
