Responsibilities
  • Oversee staff productivity, budgets, safety, and operations of the business unit.
  • Run day-to-day operations and activities, ensuring top-notch personnel and product.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and employee assessments.
  • Hold employees accountable for productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Prepare reports for upper management and corporate staff.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
  • Must be twenty-one years of age.
  • Preferred: Previous Manager experience in QSR or Hospitality.
