The successful applicant will demonstrate passion for teaching, mentoring, interdisciplinary education, and lifelong learning, and serve as a model of professional behavior and a scholarly approach to clinical work.

Summary

Preferred Experience

  • One year experience working as a licensed psychiatrist preferred but will enthusiastically entertain newer graduates with passion for clinical service and teaching and determined to be a good fit for the team.
Minimum Education

  • Graduate of a medical school.
  • Graduate of an ACGME or AOA training program.
  • ABPN Board Certified / Eligible

Applicants must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, possess a current license to practice medicine in the State of Michigan, completed an accredited residency in Psychiatry, and be board certified or eligible (BE/BC) in Psychiatry.

Candidates must have shown promise for a career emphasizing clinical care, teaching and/or administration, and a firm commitment to developing superior clinical and teaching skills.

An interest in delivery of new and innovative care models is most welcome.
