Job Description

Join Medpace's Commercial Operations team as a skilled Rapid Application Developer In this role, you will focus on creating in-house applications using the power platform to enhance the experience of our business users. Working closely with stakeholders, you will turn business needs into innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration - Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective technical solutions quickly
  • Application Development - Create and maintain custom applications utilizing RAD methodologies
  • Testing and QA - Develop and implement test plans to ensure application reliability and accuracy
  • Documentation - Maintain detailed records of code, processes, and system configurations
  • Support and Maintenance - Provide continual support for existing applications
  • Innovation - Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of application development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development and project management methodologies
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and agile development
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, VBA, and SQL
  • Experience with Power Platform
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
