About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Cincinnati, OH.

As a Dynatrace Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our applications and systems.

This role requires strong technical skills and a deep understanding of application performance management (APM) and monitoring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents across various environments (development, testing, production).

Performance Monitoring:
Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor the performance and health of applications and infrastructure.

Troubleshooting:
Identify, analyze, and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks using Dynatrace tools.

Optimization:
Work with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and improve user experience.

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Dynatrace configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand monitoring requirements and provide insights for performance improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in installing and configuring Dynatrace agents and managing Dynatrace environments. Strong understanding of application performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and diagnostics.

Programming Languages:
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python.

Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and cloud services.

Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
