Our client is looking for a experienced Call Center Representatives to work for a growing healthcare organization located in Brentwood, TN The right candidate will be comfortable performing inbound and outbound calls in a high volume call center.

Experience working with specialty pharmacy, or general healthcare is required. This position is on site, with two full time schedules available.
Must have a completed Associate Degree to be considered.

Shift:
Morning hours but multiple start times available Pay: $21 per hour Please directly if interestedsalary: $21 - $21.5 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesManage incoming calls to assist customers (some occasional outbound calls may be required)

Handling and conducting phone duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and proceduresAchieving member engagement standards set for the department by following the established departmental policies and proceduresPossessing excellent verbal and written communication skills1+ years of experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical customer service / call center environment (excluding home healthcare)Proven record of providing top customer service to customersProblem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureMust have a minimum of a completed Associate degreeThe essential functions of this role include:
