\tThe Customer Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers. This role plays a pivotal role in liaising between internal departments such as parts, service, finance, etc. to ensure a holistic support for accounts / customers within the assigned territory. The position develops the sales territory for future growth and maintains relationships within given guidelines and provides after sales product follow-up and supports equipment operations as needed.\r

\t\tResponsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers. \r
\t\r
\t\tResponsible for the attainment of targeted retail (new and used equipment) and service sales and the promotion of products and customer relations for the company within assigned territory.\r
\t\r
\t\tResponds to customer queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.\r
\t\r
\t\tRole with actively liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.\r
\t\r
\t\tStrategically supports accounts / customers in finding the best solution for their farm based on their circumstances and needs\r
\t\r
\t\tOutbound pro-active calling to identify new opportunities/applications, initiate sales campaigns, reach decision makers, and collect competitive intelligence.\r
\t\r
\t\tManaging and building up the relationship along the entire customer lifecycle (sales – new and used, service, parts) with focus and understanding of the customers' needs.\r
\t\r
\t\tResponsible for the implementation of approved marketing tools to strengthen product and market knowledge to improve retail sales results.\r
\t\r
\t\tResponsible for customer relationship management, including factory visits; or assists with coordination of field demonstrations and trainings.\r
\t\r
\t\tAchieves and/or exceeds annual marketing plan while meeting goals within allocated budget guidelines.\r
\t\r
\t\tAdheres to established company values, practices, policies and procedures at all times. Follows and supports compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations and standards. \r
\t\r
\t\tDemonstrates regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.\r
\t\r
\t\tNote:
This position includes extensive travel – a valid driver's license with verifiable continuous safe driving history is required.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\t\r
\t\t\t\tSome extensive stays may be required in support of marketing and farm show activities during peak seasons. \r
\t\t\t\t \r
\t\t\r
\t\r

\tYour profile:
\r

\r
\t\r
\t\t4 year College Degree in Agriculture or related field or equivalent experience, required. \r
\t\r
\t\tMinimum of 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or experienced marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer, preferred.\r
\t\r
\t\tMust have solid knowledge about farming business and the economics that drives farmers' decision making.\r
\t\r
\t\tPrior experience using CRM tools (e.g. salesforce) to document customer touch points and build account pipelines.\r
\t\r
\t\tMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\r
\t\r
\t\tExcellent problem analysis and problem solving skill set.\r
\t\r
\t\tKnowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance process a plus.\r
\t\r
\t\tMust be able to meet deadlines and handle a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.\r
