Job Description:


As the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, you play a critical role in shaping our company's financial direction and success as a vital member of our senior leadership.

Your responsibilities include enhancing profitability, implementing financial policies, ensuring compliance, and guiding strategic financial initiatives to achieve our long-term financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the finance and accounting teams.
  • Develop and execute financial policies aligning with the company's vision.
  • Oversee all financial planning aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and profitability enhancements.
  • Mentor and foster a high-performance culture within the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience in the CPG industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial management principles and GAAP.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, strategic analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel, and financial modeling tools.

Experience in technology-focused financial initiatives.
