HealthVerity is looking for a candidate that sits at the intersection of healthcare data expertise and engineering. The VP of Engineering, Data Warehouse will own the specifications and buildout of solutions to enable data mastering and value add data products that will underpin the future of many HealthVerity offerings. They will use their subject matter expertise to drive value through best in class design and build. This role will work closely with our Data, Architecture and Development teams to drive these solutions through execution. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer as well as working closely with our Data Operations department, as well as collaborate with the rest of engineering leadership.

**What you will do** Work with stakeholders, product, and engineering to design and develop solutions for the next generation of HealthVerity data offerings focused on quality, value and repeatability Identify gaps in data mastering processes and work to vet proposed solutions and vendors to address Develop solutions to empower cross product offerings that combine the myriad of data offerings at HealthVerity to deliver exceptional value to our customers Oversee the design and execution of data mastering needs in conjunction with Data Operations, Analytics and Product Stay abreast of relevant trends in the healthcare data and technology industry Develop the role and team as needed to to fulfill the current and future needs of the company to offer the next steps in empowerment for the usage of healthcare data

**About you** Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management and staff across all levels of a cohesive organization Experience in managing people, processes and technology to drive efficiency and repeatability Understands the needs and challenges of a mission-critical data environment Can present and communicate effectively to executive level teams as well as individual contributors Experience delivering specifications and requirements with appropriate levels of detail
