the services we sell. The great thing about our model is this relationship is a win-win relationship. We help

you grow profitably, and you help us provide the services our clients need. The best news is, we guarantee

payments on the 10th of every month to our contractors, regardless of whether we get paid. We don't

"sell" our contracts like other companies; we are truly looking for long-term relationships that benefit both parties.

What makes a great contractor for our company?

Ability to hire experienced, reliable cleaners/employees;

Strong communication skills and ability to return phone calls immediately (texting is also acceptable);

Understanding the importance of final inspections in our accounts;

Swift resolution of complaints and training employees to avoid repeat complaints;

Great attitude and willingness to grow your business.

Requirements

Valid Business License

Corporate Liability and Workers Comp Insurance

References

Willingness to take a background check

At least 2 years experience in Janitorial or other Building Maintenance Services
