What You'll Do
Successfully defines and delivers customer business value or emerging technology work according to the product lifecycle
Lead the coordination of delivery from planning through to execution across multiple product areas
Create roadmaps and schedules, and communicates on a regular cadence with key stakeholders
Identify resource needs and budgets among several initiatives in your Product Area
Manage dependencies and risk for the Product area
Manage the communications across the teams and to ensure that information is flowing up and down at the appropriate time
Monitor for impediments that arise

Plan and oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.

Orchestrate workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.

Partner with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.

Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.
Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.
Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy

Provides leadership and guidance's to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.

Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.
Mentors and assists more junior team members

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field
6+ years of experience with Project Management, or related experience
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience with Project Management, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have
Previous expertise in financial services
Product delivery experience in one or more of the following areas: Debit Gateway Products, Debit Disputes Products, Debit Authorization Capabilities, Debit Settlement Capabilities, Debit Transaction Testing, or Debit Transactional Data Analytics
AGILE experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
