We're currently seeking a talented Production Fulfillment Specialist to serve as a key player responsible for the ongoing fulfillment of predictive client models. This role requires high collaboration with internal teams such as Account Management and Strategic Analytics. The Fulfillment Specialist will meticulously execute fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and quality control at every step. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet client objectives.
This full-time, salaried position is open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.
What you'll do as a Production Fulfillment Specialist:
- Model Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with the Strategic Analytics team to understand client objectives and develop effective model fulfillment strategies.
- Continuously communicate progress with Account Management and Strategic Analytics throughout the model fulfillment process.
- Prioritization and Coordination:
- Establish and execute plans for timely order fulfillment, coordinating with relevant departments for seamless processing.
- Balance the fulfillment of many orders simultaneously, working to meet varying deadlines.
- Client Data Management:
- Investigate and determine client update frequency, ensuring the timely receipt and loading of initial and ongoing files through coordination with Account Management.
- Work closely across teams to receive direction and acquire necessary files for fulfillment.
- Exceptional Service:
- Provide outstanding service and establish positive rapport with internal teams, as well as external clients.
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 1+ year of experience in a business environment with an emphasis in consumer marketing with direct mail experience.
- Ability to navigate around changing environments to accomplish tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft product suite.
- An exceptional eye for detail and desire to get things done accurately every time.
- The ability to balance competing deadlines.
