Position Description
E-J Estimator's work as a team performing comprehensive estimates on a computerized estimating system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform a complete take off
  • Review all project documents
  • Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
  • Attend scope review meetings
  • Participate in project turn over to field prices

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated team player
  • 510 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of construction (new & renovation)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook software, computerized estimating a plus

Annual Salary Range:
$120,000 to $150,000
