How you will make an impact:

Pleasant View is seeking a part-time receptionist to play a vital role in providing reception services to visitors, guests, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within the community.

Your adeptness in telephone switchboard services facilitates smooth communication both internally and externally. By assisting residents and team members, you contribute to the efficient functioning of daily operations.

Additionally, your responsibility to monitor and advise of emergency situations underscores your commitment to maintaining safety and security within the premises.


Schedule:
This is a part-time position, 14 hours per week. The schedule is Thursdays 4pm-9pm, three weekends per month, one weekend is Sat and Sun 8am-4pm, the other two weekends are Sat and Sun 4pm-9pm

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience in working with seniors and intergenerational programming, preferred.
