Job Description

The Product Manager role at Brightscout plays a key part in driving the success of our clients' products. It is crucial as it ensures that our client's product offerings align with market needs and expectations, helping us maintain our reputation for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions. As a Product Manager, you will connect our clients' business objectives with technical execution, ensuring their products not only meet but surpass industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate and share the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client projects.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including client stakeholders, designers, developers, marketers, and sales to deliver top-notch products.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint opportunities and challenges for clients.
  • Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements from clients.
  • Create detailed product specifications and requirement documents for client projects.
  • Supervise the entire product lifecycle from idea to release and beyond for client products.
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of client milestones.
  • Track product performance and refine product features based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all product-related inquiries and communications with clients.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members involved in client projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Trello, and Notion.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and whiteboarding tools like Figjam or similar platforms.
  • Thorough comprehension of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
